To generate new templates and reports in Seller Hub, follow the instructions above. People can revolt against the change but times change and ease of use comes into play in my opinion.Templates and reports created or scheduled in the legacy File Exchange tool will not be carried over to the new Reports tool. Sure the 'old' layout may have also shown this using Terapeak and other means (i think) but this layout shows a nice refreshed seller hub. I personally don't remember how the 'old' layout was since I've just been phased into this new design and it has been quite a nice insight into what my shop is doing on a graphical term and how I was doing last 31days/year as a percentage. There are still maybe a couple bits that I'd like improving such as the ease of getting to my business policies and other settings that run along with my shop but I find ways around it and most of it is there right in front of me. When ebay introduced this idea for the first time at the start of the year I was a bit up and down on it just since I was so used to the old layout (obviously I could have changed back whenever I liked for the time that they were offering) but if this was going to be the future I would just have to get used to it now and not get surprised by the sudden change when they decide to stop the 'old' layout. instead of this ugly hot mess it is today. BUT WITH THE MONEY IT PROBABLY COST EBAY TO DEVELOP AND UTILIZE THIS NEW SYSTEM, THEY ARENT ABOUT TO ADMIT THEIR ERROR OR MISTAKE WITH THE CHANGE, AND LET PEOPLE USE THE OLD SYSTEM. IF 'SELLER HUB' REALLY WAS BETTER THAN THE OLD SYSTEM, SO MANY USERS WOULDNT BE TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM. GIVE PEOPLE A CHOICE, AND THEN YOU WILL FIND OUT WHICH SYSTEM REALLY IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER. I THINK MANY PEOPLE WILL BE LOOKING FOR OTHER ONLINE SITES TO SELL THRU THAT KNOW BETTER THAN TO CONFUSE THEIR USERS BY FIXING SOMETHING THAT ISNT BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH, ONLY TO END UP CREATING DIS-CHORD IN THEIR LOYAL FAMILY. I FEEL BAD FOR THE OTHER EBAY USERS I SEE LEAVING COMMENTS ABOUT THESE REDICULOUS SELLER HUB CHANGES ALSO. I DONT HAVE TIME TO SIT AND STUDY NEW SCREENS WHEN I NEED GET ON AND OFF THE COMPUTER TO LIST, OR RE-LIST QUICKLY, AND INSTEAD HAVE TO CALL EBAY AND WASTE MORE TIME BECAUSE I CANT FIGURE OUT THE NEW SCREENS OR TO DISCUSS WHY THEY ARE NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR ARE GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING NOT LISTING AGAIN AFTER 15 YEARS ON EBAY WHEN MY CURRENT LISTINGS END. AND EBAY HAS NOW FIXED SOMETHING THAT WASNT BROKEN, AND BROKE IT. SO WHY CHANGE ANYTHING AND CONFUSE EVERYONE? AND ANY NEW THINGS ADDED TO THE NEW SCREENS CAN ALSO BE ADDED TO THE OLD SCREENS ALSO. YOU KNOW NEW SCREENS CAN BE CHANGED AND RE-FORMATTED IN THOUSANDS OF DIFFERENT WAYS, BUT IN ACTUALITY THEY DO THE SAME THINGS THAT THE OLD SCREENS DID. THE NEW SELLER HUB SCREENS MAY BE GOOD FOR NEW SELLERS WHO DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE OLD EASIER SYSTEM, BUT FOR US LONG-TIME EXPERIENCED SELLERS, THE NEW SELLER HUB SCREENS ARE ONLY CONFUSING, AND DIFFICULT, AND VERY ANNOYING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT WORK CORRECTLY OR GIVE WRONG INFORMATION. YES, SELLER HUB OPT-OUT PROMPT IS GONE FOR US TO GET BACK TO THE OLD EASIER SYSTEM.
